Inixion hosts Customer Connect 2026, uniting global Sage X3 users
High Wycombe, Aruba – March 19, 2026 / Inixion Limited /
Inixion welcomed customers, ISV partners and Sage colleagues to The Belfry on 10th & 11th March for the Inixion Customer Connect Event, a two-day gathering celebrating collaboration, innovation and the future of Sage X3 as the company approaches its 20th anniversary.
The event began with an informal networking dinner and drinks on 10th March, allowing attendees to reconnect, share experiences and enjoy Inixion’s hospitality ahead of the main conference. The following day, Inixion Customer Connect delivered a full agenda of keynote presentations, product updates, customer insights and partner showcases, bringing together the Sage X3 community from as far as North America to explore what lies ahead for Sage X3, automation and AI.
Opening the conference, Ian Bromley, CEO at Inixion, reflected on the company’s journey and achievements, highlighting exceptionally strong customer retention, zero employee attrition across the Consultancy and Technical teams, and a 100% project success rate since the company’s founding in 2006. Bromley also spoke about Inixion’s recent acquisition by Pine Services Group, explaining that Pine’s buy-and-hold approach provides additional investment and long-term backing while keeping Inixion operating business as usual, with the same team, culture, and customer focus.
The day featured strategic insights from Sage, highlighting the importance of the Sage and Inixion partnership and the direction of Sage’s innovation strategy. The sessions also explored the future of Sage X3, including the growing role of AI and the introduction of Copilot functionality designed to enhance productivity and decision-making within Sage X3.
Pine Services Group, which acquired Inixion in November 2025, also had a role to play at the event. Dustin Anderson, President of Pine Services Group, delivered an engaging overview of Pine’s decentralised, long-term investment model and what it means for Inixion customers. The message was clear: Inixion remains Inixion, with the added support and stability of Pine’s backing to continue investing in people, capabilities and customer success.
A highlight of the event was the Customer Voices panel, widely regarded as one of the most valuable sessions of the day. Featuring a mix of Inixion’s customers, TXO, Satellite Industries and Belzona, the discussion offered honest, real-world insights into ERP consolidation, integration and reimplementation. Moderated by Ian Bromley, the panel explored what worked, what participants would approach differently, and the outcomes that made their transformation journeys worthwhile.
The event also showcased the wider Sage X3 partner ecosystem, with presentations from Inixion’s ISV partners, including Nectari Software Inc., Cindercone Solutions Limited, Datalinx Computer Systems Ltd and Draycir Ltd, who also kindly sponsored the customer event. Sessions covered business intelligence, warehouse management, document automation and system integration, highlighting how partner solutions extend the power and capabilities of Sage X3.
In addition, members of the Inixion operations team, led by Operations Director Andrew Cairns, presented a series of practical demonstrations focused on improving everyday workflows in Sage X3. Topics included e-invoicing and AP automation, mobile warehouse automation with Licence Plate Numbers, and shop floor control integrated with Sage X3 via GraphQL, all designed to help customers reduce manual effort and gain greater operational visibility.
The event concluded with a forward-looking panel discussion and live Q&A featuring Inixion, Sage and Pine Services Group, where attendees explored the challenges and opportunities facing organisations as they head into 2026. The lively session wrapped up two energising days of discussion, learning and collaboration.
“We were delighted to bring together so many of our customers, partners and Sage colleagues for Customer Connect,” said Ian Bromley, CEO of Inixion. “Events like this are about sharing real experiences, learning from each other and exploring what comes next for Sage X3. As we head into our twentieth year, it’s incredibly exciting to see the strength of this community and the opportunities ahead.”
Reflecting on the event, the Inixion team expressed gratitude to everyone who travelled to attend. “Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Belfry. We hope you left feeling as energised and excited as we do about the future of Sage X3 and our continued partnership together.”
With strong momentum heading into its twentieth year, Inixion Customer Connect 2026 demonstrated the power of community, collaboration and innovation within the Sage X3 ecosystem – and set the tone for the next chapter in the company’s journey.
